Meet our team
Meet the folks who make it all happen. We see big potential in every moment, and care deeply about what we do every day. Our unique development ensures that we have the very best staff at every level of our firm's operation.

She has spent the last 10 years being the legal assistant and secretary to now retired partner, Mark Stawicki. She was born and raised in Siskiyou County, far northern California. In her spare time she enjoys re-watching her favorite TV shows, spending time with her husband and pets, camping, and gardening.

Ms. Aceves worked at an estate planning law firm in Roseville for two years prior to working for Stawicki, Anderson & Sinclair Law Firm.

Rosio Arevalo was born, raised and continues to live in Sacramento. She attended John F. Kennedy High School while juggling part-time work at Target and KFC. Throughout high school she also served as a team leader for an after-school program assisting young students with homework and developing their study skills. After graduating from high school, Ms. Arevalo went on to MTI College and received her Paralegal Associate of Arts Degree. This degree allowed her to seek employment in the legal sector and began this pursuit at the Piering Law Firm as a Legal Assistant. She joined Stawicki, Anderson & Sinclair with personal injury experience as a Legal Assistant to SAS firm founder, Mark Stawicki. Rosio is now Legal Secretary to Kellen B. H. Sinclair.
In addition, she is able to assist our Spanish-speaking clients as she is fluent in the language.
In her spare time, Rosio enjoys baking and shopping for new plants. She likes taking her dog on walks, learning about house plants, watching everything Disney and spending time with her family.
Rosio currently attends Lincoln Law School in Sacramento.
